Wk6r3 feeling a little nervous..

Attempting the 25min run later today but feeling a bit nervous. It’s such a long time and no walking!

I found the first 5 mins of my last run really hard and wondered how I was going to get through it. But seemed to get slightly better once I got into it. I also went super slow! Anyone else find the start of the their run the hardest?

You will do it Becky...you are ready!😊

Do start your run really gently and slowly..and keep going....nice and steady😊x

Yep ‘toxic 10’ can be hard but take it really slow. I always find it the longest 5 minutes of the whole run! Start slow and speed up at the end if you have the energy. 😊

Remind yourself that you’ve done 20 already.. just 5 more ☺️

Thanks all. Just back and I actually ran for 28 minutes as I explored a little with my route! And it felt pretty good! So chuffed!

Toxic ten... well documented and well known:)

As Bluebirdrunner says, start slow and stay slow..not always easy...but it really works! Well done you:)
