So, I’m officially 1/3rd of the way through this programme. Week 4 does however look quite daunting when I still feel tired after the 3 minute runs. Any hints or tips to help me get through?

Rest day exercise..non impact becomes important as the runs get longer... walking, or cycling, swimming.,yoga or Pilates.. all helping strength and stamina. I have a set exercise regime.. does not take too long but has become part of my day :)

Warm up really well.. stretch after every run ...

Also... slow as you like, land lightly, breathe normally and just try to relax into the runs.
