Tonight was the first time I really felt good *during* a run. Same route, same gear, same everything. The difference: Best of Depeche Mode (no pun intended)! Just the right rhythm and pace for my legs and lungs. Feeling less puffed, more chuffed! Being a teenager of the Eighties helps!
