Keep going!! It feels amazing doesn’t it? I’ve just finished week 5 and it’s a walk for 5 mins run 20 then walk again and totally nailed it.if you asked me this time a few months ago if i thought I’d be running 20 mins straight I would have laughed ! X

I never thought I’d be looking forward to exercise 😊 but something has happened and I’m now planning my week around when I can fit couch to 5K in. Last week 5 run will be Saturday, and I’m scheduled to be in university class. I need to get a runner’s torch and a hi-viz vest and a runner’s jacket because I’m a runner 😉
