Same. I’m feeling a bit down at the moment for various reasons but all day at work all I could think of was what I was going to do when I got home. Six months ago I would have curled up on the sofa with a huge bar of chocolate, today I put on my running kit and went out in the rain ☔️

Hi no I’m in consolidation week 2.....except last week I ......oops...... didn’t run 😔 I was tired and stuff got to me but - back in triumph now 👍😁

So right. It really is an amazing program but I think this forum really adds that extra dimension that gets a lot of people through it.
