Hello! I need some motivation as I got to about 7 weeks of C25k and then had to stop with an incredibly bad back. That was last November and I haven't picked it up since, (well not in a serious way). I am fine, fit, and dandy now but just need a bit of impetus to get back into it. It's not the running; I love running. It's the continuity. I think I need to give myself a reward after each completed week... hmm let me think... I could do a charity run...at the end I mean...but what until I get there? I don't know. Any ideas would be welcome. 9 weeks would take me to the 11th of January.
