Just completed W7R3 for the second time to convince my mind I can do it! I did it and my top tip, which worked for me today, was turning that grimace into a smile!

I had the exact same thought on my last run, instead of frowning and my face being tense, I relaxed and smiled and it all felt so much easier and enjoyable ππββοΈ
