Running with a smile again

Sometimes full on laughing as I ran and sometimes a grimace but I swear the corners of my mouth never turned down all the run. One more to go then I graduate. All the resting must have fixed my leg and it may have been helped by the addition of a massaging roller to my growing running paraphernalia! Good to run pain free again. Made sure I stretched carefully after run as I am sure thats where the problem began. Happy running this weekend everyone☺

Thanks, so hope it goes well but if not there is always the next one! I keep reminding myself that graduation is not an end. So want to keep this up and maybe sometime from now run 10k (marathons are my dream but more realistically would love to run for an hour now I can run for 30 mins. Afew weeks ago I wanted to be able to run for ten minutes! Lol😄 Getting very ambitious😉
