Hard to believe 7weeks ago 3 minute run seemed so daunting now week 7 and 25 mins isn’t a problem and actually look forward to my run days as it’s probably only time get to myself. (Have husband, 2 kids aged 10 & 9, 2 cats and busy job) have had to move to treadmill for 2 runs during the week and road for weekend run. Just me, treadmill, Bono and U2 blasting with the 2 cats watching on waiting on their dinner 🏃🏃👌
