The jump from Week 3 (9 minutes running) to Week 4 (16 minutes) is actually the biggest in the programme.
Week 4 is the most important week in my humble opinion. Week 5 is simply the middle of what I call 'the 3 bridge weeks' of C25K - weeks 4, 5, 6. Week 1-3 are the gentle foundation. Week 4, 5, 6 eventually get you running continuously for more than 20 mins. Weeks 7-9 are the 'build' to 30 mins.
Physically you're ready, but a lot of people don't realise it. W5R3 is a mental test more than a physical one. The 14 runs you do prior to W5R3 have prepared you for it.
We sure can ๐ got to get in the right frame of mind and be positive ๐ we can do it -๐๐ผโโ๏ธ๐๐ผโโ๏ธlook forward to seeing your post when you run , think my next run will be sat morning due to life commitments ๐ฉ
