Couldn’t run last night due to fog so got w7r1 in tonight. Still hard going but not as bad as 6:3 so progress. Just wish I could enjoy it 😞

Maybe different routes... and taking it really gently will help:) It is hard in these dark evenings... could you get a run in at the weekend?

Yeah I’ve had to cut it down to 2 a week, one daytime at weekend and one evening

Can honestly say i did not enjoy any run in weeks 1-9. Post graduation however is a different story, loved the runs. Maybe once you are running because you want to and not just to complete the plan the enjoyment will come. Now I know I can run 30 mins I am much more relaxed about the runs so find them more enjoyable. Hope it can be the same for you. Good luck.

Thanks, I hope so x

You are having my experience- l found w6r3 tough and unpleasant - it seemed an eternity without the cheery praise rewards from Laura every few minutes. But yesterday’s w7r1 was a little less “desperate” so I think my stamina is building and mentally 25 minutes + is becoming the new “norm”. I also don’t feel particularly tired after runs anymore 😊

Great job... I think the enjoyment will come with the runs getting easier and it starts to get lighter (next weekend onwards!) hope run 2 seems a little easier again, you’re making good progress.
