My first run on the sand and where better than Woolacombe Beach. Great run but windy so the second half ( into wind) was slower. Well that is my excuse. Even better I got to run along with our son who was visiting. Sore calfs but otherwise feel great!

Well done you... beautiful run and location too... the wind can be a pain.. always blowing against us!
Massage and roll those calf muscle, it is so easy to strain them on wet.. or even dry sand ( suction ) !
