Today I ran 5.5k at an average time of 7:38 per km. That is.... very fast for me. I felt fast. But my GPS was off, I had switched to treadmill mode using the accelerometer. But I've run this route often enough to know the distance was about right... so my high altitude training paid off big time!
The zombies are getting left far behind... as is my unfitness and tiredness. Hard to believe one minute was hard in July...
