Oh no! I am so pleased to have just completed W5R1 and continue to be amazed that I've come so far but I wish I hadn't peeked at what the next run had in store πŸ˜±πŸ™ˆ

Very well done on your progress so far and getting to week 5 πŸ‘πŸ˜Š I remember worrying about Run 3 but it was fine. Trust the programme, you are ready just take it steady πŸ˜€

Each week steps up and Weeks 5 and 6 have their own progression, but it is all superbly structured and perfectly attainable if you have completed the preceding runs.

Has the programme let you down up til now? Look how far you have come............ remember your first 60 second runs. This week is where you have to begin to develop the mentality that goes with running.

You are capable of doing way more than you think you are........and now you have to begin to believe it. I wrote this for people having doubts healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

It might help you put it all in perspective.

Thank you IannodaTruffe - actually my comment was a bit tongue in cheek, I'm really enjoying this process and I intend to continue to push myself and hopefully continue to be surprised at how well I'm doing. It really fills me with encouragement when people say believe in the program and that every run I'm getting fitter. Everyone's positivity and support on here is brilliant! I am a runner!! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

It's great to know you are not a worrier........... sometimes tone is difficult to read.

You are a runner indeed!

Oh dear, sympathy- I quickly learned not to peek ahead to avoid self terrorising!! I just let Laura take me along one run at a time- although I may have exclaimed "What??!!" out there on the pavement once or twice! 😁
