We all felt the same way and got through it. It's hard to believe you are prepared -- but you are!

You can do this, slow and steady, if you have come this far you'll get there, let us know how it went. 😁

Absolutely. If you have not had any issues up until now you will be fine. Believe it or not I found the plan got a little easier after week 6. The longer runs without walking intervals are great and I enjoyed them so much more. Just take your time, as said already, slow and steady. Enjoy.

Other than strengthening your muscles, the real work you have been doing these past few weeks is to improve your body's cardiovascular fitness - which is basically improving your body's capability to supply oxygen-rich blood to your working tissues to enable you to sustain that effort for longer.

You have done this by increasing your heart rate over the runs and relaxing back during the interval walking. The stresses to your legs will be no more for R3 as it was for R2 where you were non-stop for 21 mins. Which is why we keep walking rather than stopping

When you run your body will immediately try to take on more oxygen to compensate for the increased requirements placed upon it. After about ten minutes or so, your body will settle back into a rhythm, and you will relax into your run.

Your body is prepared, now its time to train your mind that you CAN do this.

Every run is a challenge, but none more so than the run before.

Well done on completing WK4 👍🏼

I felt exactly the same about WK5 so in the end I stopped looking at what was coming up and just concentrated on the run that I was doing for that day. I am due to do WK3R3 on Wednesday and let me just say that I never ever thought that I'd be able to run for a whole 8 mins once let alone twice(which is what WK5R2 entails). Believe me when I say if I can then you can but for the meantime, please don't worry about it. Stick to the program and somehow, just don't ask me how as I have no idea, the program will get you there.

Also many prosper have said that if you don't achieve it first time then put it down as a practice run. There's no shame in a practice run.

Keep posting so that we can follow your progress 😊😊

Don't look ahead a whole week if you can't handle it. Concentrate on the run you are on.........the one that your last run prepared you for.

Start to believe in yourself. Oh, just as a spoiler, you will be running for thirty minutes in Week 9!!!

Get ready to surprise yourself. You're much better prepared than your gremlin would like to make you think.
