Sure that’s not quite right fortunately the fog hid me well! w1 r3 done. Foundation garments duely bought and who knew socks could make so much difference? Felt a bit sluggish today but I changed the route and had to run UP HILL, only for 60 secs but I did it! Took a recovery walk and a slow next run to recover and yes, I would have walked it quicker, but actually I felt better after that. Can you believe I am actually looking forward to next week?

Well done for completing week 1. It’s a toughie. Those socks sound like they were worth every penny.

I bloody hate hills! I am going to my Parkrun tomorrow and there are four. I need to do more hill training, 60 seconds at a time sounds like a good training plan for them.

Enjoy week 2!
