Went out at 16:30 and actually ran for 28 minutes. Dead chuffed, but I think I'll be giving myself an extra rest day before my next run. My legs didn't feel like they were mine when I stopped, just walking felt odd at first, and now my broken big toe (old injury) is aching.
Still happy though! π

Jelly legs are us haha. It's an old injury from an unfortunate incident with a glass chopping board. Likes to remind me every now and again that it happened
Well done, congratulations on moving on. 28 minutes seem amazing!! Love reading yours, Tasha99 and lagatachocolate updates before I go out. So motivating for me being on the journey πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Hello Mergirl101 how is it going? Have had a week off, needed to rest (and too much eating and drinking..,) but have now done W7r1 so am back in the game!
Jelly legs! Mine do that every run still. But they recover so much quicker now. I also found an extra rest day was the way forward when it came to the longer runs. But you did it! Well done! ππΌ
Well done! I'm a week behind you now, just too much eating and drinking last week to run! Did my W7R1 today and it was slow, wet but fine! Good to be back at it after a week of indulgence!
