I was actually taken by surprise when I was told I'd finished. I'm hoping the fact that I felt I could have run a bit more will stand me in good stead for next week.
Hi there! Well done to you! It is a great feeling isn't it!Just finished week 7 and Louise said l was officially a runner...who would have ever thought it!
🙌🏼🏃♀️👏.....you are clearly loving this challenge Chrimson51! Well done you, I have no doubt you will become a very proud C25K Graduate within the next two weeks....amazing!x
I think you can join the Bridge to 10k forum after you graduate. I doubt I will ever run 10k though! I’ve never considered myself as a jogger/runner, I just enjoy being out in the fresh air and exercising at the same time. X
I don't think I'll be doing any more than 5K. I think I'd like to join in a race though, just because! Hopefully as things start returning to normal that might be an opportunity. I love being out in the fresh air too, hence the 4&1/2 mile walk (brisk) every day.
