Newly joined & need to get started at getting fitter, am hoping that joining this will help keep me motivated.

Good luck to both of you! I’m in week 4 and still going strong. I actually ran for 5 mins (twice) and 3 mins (twice) yesterday! Unbelievable when I could barely get through my 60 seconds in week 1! So it does work! Just keep it slow and steady! :-)

I am 58, have never run before and am now enjoying week 7 (and still astonished!!) 😁
