Its amazing how much better you can feel after a good run! Glad to hear your ok.

I am getting to the point where i am proud, i honestly didnt think i would finish it, from the shin splints etc, i can genuinely see the finish line. After last nights 25 min run, i think i had enough in the tank for the last 5 mins, so i know i can do it!
