So time to test the knee again...decided to act on advice on here and do some intervals.... so warmed up 5, ran 5, walked 2, ran 8, walked 1.5 ran 5, cool down 5...so even though only 18 mins actual running figure is way better than nothing and I have many many years to get the running legs strengthened. All feels good so far, so fingers crossed 🤞 we’re on the up!! Have been feeling really tired and I’m sure it’s lack of running I miss it so much! Seriously gonna get mr p into this properly too as want to get outside in the cool air...running on treadmill next to radiator stuck on full is horrible!!!! Roll on weekend my cycle path is screaming at me!!!

It’s tough isn’t it, and so easy for the couch to pull you back in. It takes a lot of grit to keep going. Fingers crossed you keep up the rehab momentum and the knee stays happy....
Yeah have gone back to wk5 run 3...20 mins was fine tonight ....hating the treadmill am determined to get some winter stuff and get out round the streets...it’s safe enough and I just hate the heat indoors...although the radiator stuck on full is a killer might as well be running in a booody sauna!!! 🤣🤣
