Didn't manage to wake up early, but I managed to kick my a$$ out of the door after work
I wanted to repeat W6R1, as previously it was interrupted by mu dog getting lost. I went without her with positive mind. Did my warm-up walk. And then... Mr Robot told me that I have 10min run O_O I thought "WHAT?!It was supposed to be 5 min!". At that moment I realized I've put W6R2, but as I didn't want to repeat warm-up I just decided to give it a go. I started too fast, so I slowed down with Oldfloss mantra: "slow and steady". It took me quite a long time to get into rhythm, but eventually I got it, just to hear that it's a break time. My lungs hurt a little, bit I was feeling good. The second 10 minutes was good, in rhythm.
So yey! I did it!
Happy running friends!

Yahoo!👍😊🎉well done & you didn’t need to repeat r1 so goes to show you program works! Its amazing how hard it is to just get the pace & rhythm right. Oldfloss mantra always gets me through the run god bless her😊 on to continuous runs now🏃🏃🏃😉
I am a little scared the continuous runs... But I should be able to do it. Even though I wasn't running very regularly recently. We'll see. My goal is to go out one more time this week. Whatever run it will be, regardless my pace, miles, or time run, I will be happy if / when I manage to do it
