Just in from my penultimate run of my c25k journey. Had a great run in the sunshine, nice and smooth and settled into my steady pace fairly quickly.
Had a little smile when Jo told me I had been running for 5 mins because I remember so well when a 5 min run was a huge achievement for me and at that time the thought of keeping going at the same pace for another 25 mins would have brought on an attack of hysteria.
Having really struggled in the early weeks with my breathing, today I felt like I had enough breath to sing along to my playlist as I jogged along. My top tip is not to worry too much about breathing in a certain way. Just run and let your breathing take care of itself. Before you know it you wont even give it a second thought.
Getting excited now about the next run as its the big one. Planned for the weekend and hoping for calm and settled weather.
Happy running!

Best wishes for your last run and crossing the line so as to join the C25K graduates club. Your within a stones throw of the finish line now. Good luck.
Well done ... 1 to go .. I had rain this morning which made me laugh as I posted a while back about running in the rain. Fortunately it was just the running gods having a laugh with me as it eased off. Have a good run.
