This is my running partner Lenny! He is 7 years of age with a shoe πŸ‘ž fetish. We are having a rest day today and will get back to training tomorrow. πŸ˜‰

Aw bless I'm. If he eats your running shoe he is in heap big trouble ! πŸ˜ƒ

Lenny looks the perfect running mate. He looks eager. It should be fine for him if he's in good health. You start together so build up nice and gradual πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ•πŸ˜ƒ

Have fun πŸ™‚

I’m a springer Mum too but mines far too busy to take running and l wouldn’t want to be distracted as l have to focus. Enjoy the journey together πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸΎπŸΎπŸŽΎ

They definitely keep you on you toes. Lenny is just the age where he is getting on so less distractions for him:-) I have 2 Springer's, lots of work lols XX

Maybe the dogs on here need their own forum. They would discuss the best tasting trainers, how best to trip up their pets and treadmill running for dogs :)

Enjoy the running Lenny

Thanks Helen:-)

Would love a dog that would run with me - i have a Pug, and he can barely be arsed to walk to his dinner bowl!

I just took the borrowed dog home and in the space of five minutes he'd bitten my finger end and wrapped his lead well and truly round a bush. What a palaver to get him unravelled 😁
