Week 5 Run 3 done!!! I'M A RUNNER

After all the stress I got through it ok, it was actually easier than run 2. The new running gear definitely helped as did U2s mighty Joshua Tree album, I set off comfortably through Where the Streets have no Name, wobbled a bit at the end of I still haven't found what I'm looking For as I realised I was still only half way, toughed it out through With or without You and found my rhythm and even picked up the pace slightly as the wailing guitars of Bullet the Blue Sky saw me home. 5 weeks ago I was gasping for breath after 60 seconds. I am, if you will excuse the language, bloody chuffed 😁😁

Haha! Very very well done! I knew it you had it in you :) I now have this mental image of you jogging along, singing the really high bit from "With or Without You" whilst trying to catch your breath :)

You are going to love week 6!!

(p.s. I really liked W6R1)

Well done on your running and your music choice.

Joshua Tree is a great running album.

Take care with W6R1.

Brilliant well done you! I'm about to tackle week 5 next and have to say I'm anxious about it - I'm still getting over the fact that I can run (just about) 5 minutes now so gawd knows how I'll

manage it 3 times 😱 yikes!

Good job πŸ‘

Excellent! It's a fantastic feeling finishing a block run like that, isn't it! I did Wk6Run1 tonight, and it went better than I expected, but I just want to get to run 3 now! Well done you! πŸ˜€πŸƒ

Thank you, I don't mind the breaks in between runs but did enjoy my first single run, loving doing this and looks like we will graduate around the same time.

I like your tracking/measuring map. Is that a phone app, I've been looking for something similar.
