After my disastrous W8R2 I absolutely smashed W8R3! Ran for 3.5k which I know is v slow but it’s the best I’ve managed. A great way to start my 47th birthday!!

Very happy birthday and congrats on having a great run! 3.5k is perfect, it's all about running for the duration not how far you go. Once you complete the app you can start to try and up your speed and therefore distance. That's my plan anyway! Well done you!
