I have to admit the thought of going from running 90secs to 3mins was rather daunting......but I did it! 😃😃. Week 1 I struggled with 60secs so I’m really noticing the improvement. I definitely need the rest days though, my legs are quite achy this morning.

Hey well done! Being honest, I nearly gave up after the first 60 seconds of week 1, but the program really does work, and your fitness will improve enough that you can cope with each new run. I start week 9 tomorrow... so the impossible really is possible.

Obviously rest days are key, your body needs time to adjust to this new torture regime we put it through(!), a few little aches are perfectly healthy. Anything more than that, best get it checked out!

All the best for the plan, you're doing great :-)

Thanks for the positive vibes! Good luck with week 9 and your graduation 👍

Prepare to feel the same every week to week 5. I thought 'you want me to run for how long?! ' every time. But it's magic and it works. Then you get to week 6 and think 'oh, back to intervals. This will be easy ' only to find its not.

Rest days are key and more than one is fine. You will be running 30 minutes before you know it.

Thanks, i know it won’t be easy - no pain; no gain as they say. Loving the challenge so far and feel better mentally as well as physically too 😃
