Well I ran on Tuesday...25 mins, felt ok at the time, but knee had been twingey since, so have left it. Am thinking of trying a shorter one tomorrow as per advice on here. I feel totally peed off that was going so well then a bloody wave 🌊 got the better of me!!!! Fed up and don’t know where to start! On a positive note though did get Mr P on the treadmill on Weds for wk1!!! Hoping if he gets into it we could get out there and I could build my knee up gradually again!! Whinge over, feel better now...just feeling sorry for myself. 🤣

Ah bless you. I know how hard that enforced spell on the injury couch can be. Just take it carefully and get better soon x

Must be the name - my knees a bit twingey too. Look after it - better to slow down now than be out for ages. Good luck.

After a knee niggle myself, I found these exercises helped, I usually do them the day after a run (you need a miniband for some of the exercises)

So frustrating! I panic now if I can’t run as I know how hard it’s been to get my fitness up! But you don’t want to make your knee worse....

ooof you're allowed to feel sorry for yourself - hope it's ok soon! Bit of walking today maybe? Great that you've got a new recruit though!
