W7R2 FAIL!

It started bad because my music was all wrong and i couldnt find my pace.... then my leg started cramping. Ok take a pause, i thought. Reset the music...find a good pace and the cramp will settle. Lost my phones signal so the music i wanted wouldn’t play....tried to just keep going....count out my pace....still couldn’t find my pace, leg hurrrrrts. I quit. *sigh* first time I just couldn’t do it. I’m pissed off!

I’ll try again tomorrow...today just wasn’t meant to be!

OOO Neysa you said the F word. I think that's banned on here. :0

Don't worry, put it behind you. Tomorrow is another day just be prepared before you go out.

Make sure you are properly hydrated before you go out with a big drink of water/squash whilst you do some stretches. Then warm up really well. Perhaps consider extending your warm up walk to 10 mins. These should help avoid the cramps.

Good luck you'll be fine I'm sure x

Ahhhh hydration could be the culprit indeed! Not been drinking nearly enough water lately. Thanks for the advice

Practice run, practice run ... that's all it was.

Take a rest day tomorrow and get going again at the weekend.

You've done so well to get to w7, today is just one of those days when it doesn't happen. I had trouble with my phone signal today as well!

Keep smiling, keep running and keep posting ... good luck!

Yeah that’s the plan not a total rest day as it’s back and chest day for weights but no running tomorrow. Think I’ll leave it for Saturday

NOW WHERES MY SOAP?? Come here, let me wash your mouth out for using the F word!!!! Lol...

There’s no such word...you’re still learning & we all need practice & that was just one of your practice runs that’s all...

Shoulders back...chin up...try a longer walm up if you have to, that’s worked for me this week, sometimes it’s just what we need...

Let us know how you get on tomorrow...don’t let those gremlins get you either...

Oh I’m not giving up entirely! Come to far to quit now. Gonna give myself a day to get better hydrated and have a go at that run again on Saturday I think.
