Following the broken toe, I then went and pulled something in my groin on Monday moving some servers around while at the office, left all running until this morning but due to the fact that Mr Grumpy was coming out big time I thought I'd test the water so to speak.
Keeping in mind I had to leave the house this morning at 8am to get to a meeting in Bristol I did a short, slow 10 minutes with a 5 minute warm up and warm down.
All went well, if everything seems ok on Saturday morning I'll do another short slow run and work my way back up to 30 minutes.

Thanks all, everything feels fine this morning so, I'd say fingers crossed but I'd probably break those at the minute, it's all go for tomorrow morning.
