Phew! Had a bit of a health scare this week, all ok, then travelled back from Tenerife so haven't run since last Friday! Very apprehensive this morning but pleased to say it was all good! I didnt even finish the first minute when I started this, what a clever programme this is for gradually increasing fitness!

Well done..it is horrid after issues when you feel a bit unsure.

Take it, as ever, slow and steady :)

You are the clever one, for following the plan to gradually increase your fitness.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done, glad your feeling better. ..,.

It is a good programme, I’ve never liked running until I tried this app. I think it’s because it’s weekly goals which are achievable, I actually look 👀 forward to my next run. 😀
