After a long 2 day debate Mrs B and I have decided to do “k52hcuoc” that is couch25k in reverse running x3 30 minutes this week and in 9 weeks time end up on the settee 🛋 unfit and eating as much chocolate as possible.
Any graduates 🎓 that wish to participate are very welcome, your first 30 minutes Run must be to a KFC. 😭😭😭

😂😂Actually I was toying with 5k to Couch, too - which would probably be way better than nothing. If we aimed for week 0 to coincide with the festivities and then ramp up from the beginning again as the light comes back in January - we could easily hit 10k by spring. Couldn’t we??
