I went out and ran I used my walk to home as a warm up walk then quick change of clothes, off I went and only 1 more minute walking. Then I just ran, and ran, when I started to have stitch, I started walking and checked my stats. Almost 20 minutes of continuous running It was quite a good run, not easy, but not hard one as well When I reached home, my legs reminded me that I wasn't really prepared for that so I am already a lottle bit sore (despite stretching and hot shower). Tomorrow, I will probably look like after leg day. But hey, who cares?!
I did it! I went out! I ran!!!
Tomorrow is the rest day, only with a lon walk with my dog.

I will. Today I war running away from my thoughts, so my pace was a little too fast. Next run will be back to normal slow & steady and more structured - I think I will do W6R1.
I thought that...slow & steady for both you & mojo!!! I just didn’t want you to waste all your hard work....& I know how running makes us all feel & you’re no different....I’m so glad I could help you x
