Omg I'm so close. First 10 a bit tough...feeling my legs after last nights bootcamp session but once I settled in and Maggie stopped zig zagging we just trotted along and the 4km loop brought us back home exactly in 40 mins so 5 min walk 30 min run and 5 min walk covered 4.1km. Not too bad...something to chip away at. It's a lovely route which can easily be extended to 5k and it's right outside my door...happy days 😎
