Completed yesterday evening and it was a different outing compared to my first.
The shin cramps weren’t evident (a bit more stretching before I started) but this time it was more on the lungs than before. Haven’t a clue why - evening outing rather than morning? Slightly faster (thanks Apple Watch) but not much?
Recovery good and feel good this morning.
Looking forward to Wednesday or Thursday.

Each run can be different. I don't know what country you are in but changes in temperature can make breathing different as you breathe in colder air as here in the uk the temperature has really dropped in the last week.
