Only just recovered from the challenge of 5 minutes non stop running, and now it’s 8! And not only that but I had to do it TWICE!

Well done - it feels amazing doesn't it? I loved week 5, the buzz of completing run 3 is incredible!!

If you've done the other runs and not actually died, you will be just fine, your body is totally ready. You've already run for nearly that long, just with a little break. You can totally do it!! I have faith in you!!

You’ve done it though...& that’s whats prepared you for the longer runs to come...just remember the slow & steady rule & you be just fine...& smile, don’t forget that 😀
