It wasn't fast and I'm sure it wasn't pretty but W5R2 done and I can hardly believe it. I haven't done any sport of any kind for a very very long time and when I started this I was convinced I would collapse in a heap and be carted off with a coronary in week 1 but here I am and it's all thanks to reading all your wonderful blogs and inspirational stories and I just want to say thank you. (And Laura!) Bring on run 3, (and there it is, the little gremlin has just jumped back on my shoulder and is whispering '20 mins? not a chance' Grrr)

I didn't think I could do it, but I did. So can you! Just take it slooooow and gentle. And kick those gremlins in the teeth! :x :D (That's meant to be an angry-looking gremlin and a smiling you.)

if you think w5r2 is good you're going to love the feeling after w5r3. Get a steady rythm and when Laura tells you there is only 5 minutes more just remember how many times you've already done 5 minutes. 5 minutes is easy.
