Finished week 5 run 2 this morning and surprised myself by being able to run continuously for 8 minutes!
Not looking forward to run 3 but bring it on!

Me too, and I’m also dreading the ‘big one’ on Sunday! Good luck with yours.
Yes I did it last night too. Couldn't believe after I did an 8 min run once I then had to do it again! But I did it - and some uphill too! Now preparing for W5R3 tomorrow!
I’m always relieved at the end of a run when I don’t die. Well done.
Look forward to it... know how far you have come... celebrate each and every run and move onwards with confidence

The next run is more about your brain than your legs! Your legs are ready to do this because the program has made sure of that-drag your brain along with you and prove to it that you can do it!😀
