Week 8 finally done!!!

Well I did it today. In storm Brian too. Loved it running in the leaves (albeit a little slippy) but just strapped my ankle up and went for it. Slow in places due to the wind and cooled down quickly as it’s sooo cold out there and my hands were freezing!!! But yeah proud.

Thank you seems to have taken me weeks to finish week 8 but finally. Wondered why runners wear gloves and now I know!!

Good luck I’m aiming for my next one on thurs night but need some hi vis gear now as it’s so dark

I've been doing my evening runs on streetlight lit roads but did get a fluorescent yellow top. I also brought a head torch but really don't need that in the street. Enjoy your run Thursday. I may try mine Tuesday 🏃‍♀️

Good idea I’m going round the streets too where there is street lights. Must invest in a vest or something. Good luck.
