Week 8 finally done

It took almost two years (!) but I have finally done it. I kept having (or finding excuses) to stop and then restarting on week 4, largely as I had deleted the previous weeks from my ipod. My speed is consistent at 4.6 km in 30 mins so 5K seems achievable.

Feels great.

Gosh, so excited was I that I had the week wrong - I have actually finished week 9.

Sorry for what seemed premature bragging!
