WK3 R3 Done it!

Completed Week 3. Exciting and daunted at prospect of a 5 min run. I found 3 mins long enough. But determined to just go with it and see what happens. To be honest a 3 min run would have seemed impossible a few weeks ago. I am already enjoying the smug feeling of "I'm doing regular exercise"!
