Full of the cold 😪

W5R2 planned for tomorrow, but I’ve woke up this morning full of the cold and generally feeling lousy. Do I just buck up and get out for my run or take a few days to get over this cold? I’m worried if I miss tomor due to work commitments it could be next weekend before I can get out.

See how you feel in the morning. It is much harder to run with a cold, and probably best not to run if you are feeling lousy

Thank you. I could honestly see is far enough right now, but I’m really worried it’ll be ages til my next run 😫

I've just spent 8 weeks out with an injury so I know how you feel. The run will wait til next weekend if needs be

I agree with AngeScott and Oldfloss see how you feel in the morning, if still groggy I would take a few days off to rest up Lauralou.

Week 5 is a good one, so you might want to wait until you are feeling stronger. I don't think you will lose much fitness by waiting, lots of us have come back stronger after an enforced break..

Hope you feel better soon.😊x
