Hi thanks for your reply. My feet aren't cold when I run although they do get numb sometimes. Maybe it is a circulation issue. I ran at about 9am today and they are still cold now!
Numb feet along with the cold, suggests poor circulation which may be caused by your shoes either being too small or too tightly laced. Feet often swell when exercising, which is why many people have shoes up to a size larger than their normal footwear.
