Hi quick question, does anyone else get very cold feet after running? This has happened to me a few times now. Thanks

Hi thanks for your reply. My feet aren't cold when I run although they do get numb sometimes. Maybe it is a circulation issue. I ran at about 9am today and they are still cold now!

Blimey.. .lots of massage and some snuggly warm socks!

Maybe if it does persist.. it may be an idea to get it checked out?

Are you getting wet?

Is your circulation normally good?

Do you suffer from cold feet at other times?

A general coldness after running is not an uncommon reaction, but I have never come across specifically cold feet as an issue before.

No feet not wet but I do get numb feet sometimes towards the end of a run.

Numb feet along with the cold, suggests poor circulation which may be caused by your shoes either being too small or too tightly laced. Feet often swell when exercising, which is why many people have shoes up to a size larger than their normal footwear.

Numb feet shouldn't happen. I blame your shoes!
