Anybody would think there was a Bank Holiday approaching, it's turned so cold. 7degC this morning. It was warmer (a bit) in March. I've run in much colder than this but I just couldn't settle to it this morning. I think it was because it was so unexpected and different - I was out in just my vest (!) two days ago. Well, shorts too. Only did 15 mins today and came home to look for some gloves. Pah!

So cold!
might keep my vest on for run tonight then
Sorry, it's my fault. I booked the dog in for a haircut. Normally it snows when he's just been shorn so I think with the hail and rain we've probably got off lightly.
(I've just invested in a long sleeved t-shirt due to the cold, which seems ridiculous as it's June next week!)
Interesting you should say that. I had a haircut myself yesterday!! Perhaps we're jointly liable?!
But did you go from this.......

(not Thursday's photos, but it's pretty close to what he looked like)
I have bailed on my run tonight because of the weather. I must have turned into a complete wimp because It wasn't that long ago I was running in sub zero temps and snow. But, at the end of May, you expect something better than howling winds and torrential downpours. Instead I'm curled up at home drinking wine and eating chocolate - hoping for better weather tomorrow
Soooo cold!! Will run tomorrow and Monday but tonight it has been wine, chocolate and whiskey....ooops!! Don't worry.will be fine for tomorrow.......

The whiskey was obviously to keep me warm!!!
