Hi I'm on Week 6 run 3 and my legs still feel like lead and I have such a slow pace that I find it depressing! It will take me an hour to do 5k I'm sure.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you running too fast? This is about running consistently for a period of time, not about distance.
Are you remembering to stretch your legs after every run? This is incredibly important in helping your muscles recover and grow properly.
Are you drinking enough fluids throughout the day? Dehydration can make your legs feel heavy....
Yep, stop moaning and crack on ππͺπβοΈ
Slow runs build legs! It's perfectly fine and good to be slow. As you get fitter and stronger through your sessions you will see improvements. You can't expect to be a runner straight away!
Despite it's name this programme is not about running 5k, it's about gradually building up to run for 30 minutes. It doesn't matter what distance you cover in the times you're running so just take it slowly.
Well done for getting to Week 6 zamzam π...there are still a few weeks to go on the program and its about now you will start to feel the differences happen...
Start your runs slowly and relax into them, stay at a comfy sustainable pace. You may find you need to take extra rest days from now on and thats fine.
You are doing brilliantly and as misswobble says running legs need time to strengthen.
Good luck with your next run πx
Thanks...much appreciated advice.
Just slow and steady;;; move on.. 5 K.. that can wait.. enjoy the runs.. and do not think about distance
Listen to misswobble .. she is absolutely correct
And..if it take an hour to run 5K , so what ? Gives you more time to see everything as you run
