So after Mondays run with shin splints and cramps, I had a day of rest. However, since I work on my feet and in shoes, this caused lots of pain all day Tuesday and today.

Anyway did the run , with music today, had slight cramp but it didn't stop me. Shins were much better as soon as I put my trainers on. Actually much easier today and really a little disappointed that MJ told me to stop.
