Although I found this one more difficult than run 1 I put it down to doing a full days work and running later in the day. I prefer to do them in the mornings I think. Well, it is done and it was OK. Hoping to do Fridays run early on with 'gusto'.. slow and steady gusto of course. I am actually looking forward to my runs now and enjoying the feeling of achievement after. Imagine how I will feel when gratuating!! Looking forward to that I have got a little niggle which someone may be able to help me with? The outsides of my lower/mid calves 'burn/ache' during but not after running. Is this normal? It is both of them and wears off slightly when I am coming to the end of the run and cooling down. Thanks for the support x
