Well my running belt arrived as recommended by one of you lovely people, it’s fab and I can fit my I phone 7 into it 👌
I managed to fit my first ever morning run in today , I won’t lie it killed me getting up but I did enjoy it !
Jo Whylie recommended taking my mind of the run and focus on something else so I took some photos on the quick walk intervals ....
I managed to finish it and feel great 😄
About to run Wk2 R1 and feeling a little nervous!
