I cannot believe after all that worrying that I have done a week 4 run! It didn't seem possible!
I even sprinted for the last minute and a half having conserved myself by going a bit slower than normal for the rest of my runs.
Really looking forward to run 2 now! And beyond...
Well done! Job done. Now enjoy your non run day and get ready for the next session
Resist the sprint urge! No need for speed and you could hurt yourself if you start going too fast for yourself 🙂
