Week 6 run 1 phew!

I'll admit I was not looking forward to another 20 minute run. Oh what joy to hear Laura say that there would be three short runs.

Ran it. Nailed it. :-)

Well done, I found W6 R1 & R2 to be harder than W5 R3 and W6 R3 to be honest, the walk breaks were breaking my rhythm.

You're doing great and you're heading for the podium now, just continue to take it slow and steady and you'll be fine.

I found that too when I started week 6 last night! I enjoyed W5R3 and the continuous running for 20 mins and like you say the walking intervals just interrupted my flow last night!

But I guess its a good thing as we are now becoming runners who can run for a good length of time without stopping!

Good luck for the rest of your journey!
